To the Parks Family: WE are sorry to about the recent passing of your loved one Dorothy Parks. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. We look forward to the time period when God will rid the earth of all forms of sickness and death. (Revelation 21:3-4) Yes what a remarkable time period this will prove to be. However, there is yet another promise that God wants people everywhere they reside to be made aware of. That promise deals with the restoring of life back to those who have died. So, directing your attention to the Holy Writings, God tells us that He would soon cause a calling to go forth to those in the grave to stand up in life again. Just imagine this promise being applied to persons like Dorothy, and a great host of others who have fallen asleep in death. Just imagine how the sound of joy and laughter will fill the entire earth, as many will witness with their very eyes their loved ones standing up in life again. No, this no mere empty promise. This arrangement will indeed take place for two reasons. The first reason is that God is the source of all life. (Psalm 36:9) Even if a person dies, God has the power to make a person whole again. And He will. Then there is the second reason why the restoring of life will take place. God provided His Son Jesus as a ransom sacrifice that would enable the human family to stand up in life again. (John 3:15-16) So, really the future is bright for God's earthly family. To assist all in developing strong faith in this resurrection hope, God has taken the time to preserve nine accounts in the Bible that speaks about this grand blessing that is near at hand. Here is just one such example that is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I hope that all will get a chance to see how these wonderful accounts will be applied to Dorothy, and a great host of others in a very special way. So, may all please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise, it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie. (Titus 1:2)
To the family of Mrs. Parks please accept my sincere deepest condolences. Mrs. Park had such a humble spirit. I have known her since my childhood. May the Lord be a comfort and strength during this time of bereavement. Rev. Dorothy A. Thomas 🙏🏽Psalm 23
