Obituary For Elder Arthur Sanders
Elder Arthur Lee “Pop” Sanders of Montgomery, AL, passed away on July 6, 2026. A funeral service will take place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Bethany Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 722 Cedar Street, Montgomery, AL, Pastor Fred Batten officiating, and Pastor Jeffery Watson delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow at Eastwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Elder Sanders will lie in repose at the church one hour before the service.
