Obituary For Elder Dr. George Johnson
Elder Dr. George Johnson passed away on September 17, 2025. The funeral service will be Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church of Jesus Christ, 4694 AL 21, Lowndesboro, AL, 36752, with Elder Tom Gardner, III, officiating. Pastor Clarence βTreβ Stewart, III, eulogizing. Interment will be held Monday, September 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo, AL, with the staff of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, September 26, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Elder Johnson will lie in repose one hour before the funeral service at the church.
