Obituary For Evangelist Samantha Lee
Evangelist Samantha Lee, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on September 20, 2025. The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church, 1832 Hwy 80E, Lowndesboro, AL, with Pastor Charles Burns officiating, Rev. Thomas C. Jackson eulogizing. Burial will follow at the church's cemetery under the direction of the staff at E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Evangelist Lee will lie in repose one hour before the service at the church.

Often times Evangelist Lee would pick up the phone and call me, not to gossip, but to speak on the goodness of God, to share an encouraging word, and prayer. She was a solider and an intercessor of the cross. No doubt that she loved God with her whole heart. She will certainly be missed. Well done, thy good and faithful servant!
