Howard Lee Cooper, Jr. (CupCake), a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on December 22, 2025. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at True Divine Baptist Church, with Pastor Steven Huntley presiding and Pastor Henry C. Davis from Big Roxanna Baptist Church delivering the eulogy. Mr. Cooper, Jr. will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.

• Omega Service: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST at True Divine Baptist Church, 4601 Troy Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36116 *Omega Service Attire* (Fellowship immediately following at Omega Iota Iota Frat House, 311 Mendel Pkwy, Montgomery, AL 36117)

Saturday, January 3rd

• Homegoing Service: 11:00 a.m. at True Divine Baptist Church, 4601 Troy Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36116 *Please plan to arrive early. The repass for family and friends will be held in the Fellowship Hall following the service. (The Bruhs of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity will reconvene at Omega Iota Iota Frat House, 311 Mendel Parkway, Montgomery, AL 36117 for the Bruhs reception).

Sunday, January 4th

• Interment Service: 3:00 p.m. at Brummitt Cemetery, 170 Old Hwy 280, Camp Hill, AL Arrangements are under the direction of the staff at EG Cummings Memorial Funeral Home.
