Obituary For Mona Scott
Mona Scott, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on October 25, 2025. The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at New Life COGIC Annex 5, 5600 Carriage Hills Drive, 36116, with Pastor Terry Ellison officiating: Rev. Marlon Ellington eulogizing. Interment will follow at Old Elam Baptist Church cemetery, Fitzpatrick, AL with the staff of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, November 7, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ms. Scott will lie in repose one hour before the funeral service at the church.

Mona, Mary, and Sidney welcomed us to our new home in Dec, 1971, we grew up close neighbors and friends that cared and respected each other. Mona, we lost touch, but I never forgot the bond we forged as kids, Condolences to Wille and Presley. No more pain and suffering. RIH, say hello to our loved ones in Heaven. Love, Bren
