Ms. Mae Gilbert Williams, of Montgomery, AL, passed away on February 2, 2026. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 12:00 noon in the chapel of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home,1120 Bragg St. Montgomery, AL 36108 with Pastor Ellen Featherstone officiating. She will be laid to rest at Brassell Cemetery, the staff of E. G. Cummings Funeral Home directing. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the chapel.

Ms. Mae.... She was our neighbor in the Southlawn community, and she was a sweet, sweet lady. A.C. was my play-play brother! I am just seeing this notice and it makes me really sad. She was very kind to my mom, my sisters and I. I will forever remember her kindness and laughter. My condolences to A.C. and Anthony. May the peace of God rest on you.
