Obituary For Rev. Dr. Allen Brown
Rev. Dr. Allen Brown, a resident of Mathews, AL, passed away on November 4, 2025. His funeral service is set for Monday, November 17, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Gillard Baptist Church, 3323 Day Street, 36108, with Pastor Henry M. Carnegie officiating. Burial will follow at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL, under the direction of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. Brown will lie in repose for one hour before the funeral service at the church.
