In loving memory of Pastor Benson, Pastor Benson was a man of unwavering faith, deeply rooted in his love for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I had the honor and privilege of being his pastor for over two years plus, although truth be told, it often felt as though he was shepherding me. He carried with him a spirit of humility, a sharp intellect, and a heart devoted to serving the people of God. Pastor Benson and Lady Benson left an indelible mark on the lives of the Shiloh Baptist Church family. Their presence was a gift, and their service reflected the very essence of Christ's love. As a younger pastor, I gleaned wisdom from his life, his walk, and his steadfast commitment to the Gospel. His quiet strength and faithful witness will forever be etched in my heart and the Shiloh family. Sleep on Pastor Benson, by the grace of God, I'll see you on the other side where there will be no more troubles and the troubles of this world will all be over. No more aging, no more moving, no more health problem, everyday will be howdy and never good by. I will see you on the other side, until then, much love in Christ. Gregory Christopher, Retire Pastor
