Obituary For Richard Johnson, Sr.

Richard Johnson, Sr., of Montgomery, AL, passed away on October 7, 2026. His funeral is scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 2106 Mill Street, Montgomery, AL 36108, with Reverend Dr. Calvin McTier officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of E.G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Johnson will lie in repose for one hour before the service at the church.
