Lady Mary Frances McClendon of Westland, Michigan Beloved Wife of Suffragan Bishop Luke A. McClendon Jr., Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt & Cousin born on September 19,1952 in Ypsilanti, Michigan made her transition on Saturday, June 28,2025 at Corewell Health Beaumont Hospital in Wayne, Michigan at the age of 72. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11,2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ellis Funeral Home 22401 Grand River Ave.(between Telegraph Rd. & Lahser Rd.) Detroit, Michigan 48219. Service will be held on Saturday, July12,2025 Family Hour at 10:00 AM with the Celebration Of Life at 11:00 AM at Christ Temple Apostolic Church 29124 Eton St. in Westland, Michigan. Interment will follow at United Memorial Gardens Cemetery 4800 Curtis Rd. Plymouth, Michigan. Flower Delivery hours will be on Friday, July 11,2025 from 12 Noon to 6:00 PM.
