Mr. Bobby Joe Goolsby of Oak Park, Michigan Beloved Husband of Mrs. Cleopha Goolsby, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle & Cousin made his transition on Friday, August 28,2026 at Heart to Heart Hospice House in Troy, Michigan at the age of 85. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10,2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Ellis Funeral Home 22401 Grand River Ave. (between Lahser Rd. & Telegraph Rd.) Detroit, Michigan 48219. Service will be held on Friday, September 11,2026 Family Hour at 10:00 AM with the Celebration Of Life at 11:00 AM at Greater Grace Temple Church 23500 W. Seven Mile Rd. Detroit, Michigan 48219 Bishop Charles H. Ellis III Pastor 313-543-6000. Interment will follow at Detroit Memorial Park-West in Redford, Michigan.
