Obituary For Alberta Rankin

Mrs. Alberta Sutton Rankin, 92 of 500 Monroe St. Shelby, NC passed away on June 26, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She as born on December 10, 1933 in Fulton County, GA to the late Bob and Mattie Bell Harris Sutton.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Ellis Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will take place at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM on Sunday and at other times at 1641 Friendship Rd. Shelby.
