Claudetta and I were the only Crest students to go to Wake in 92. I will always remember her joy and that distinctive sneeze. When I heard it in the Wake library where she worked, I would always follow the sound to say hi and check in to see how she was doing. I knew I would always find a welcoming smile on her face.
Thinking about Claudetta and all her goodness and light. Sending Love and prayers for her family.❤️ Claire Thombs and family

Claudetta you were the most kindest, ambitious, determined person I ever knew. Thank you for allowing me to be part of the many family dinners in Pilot Mountain. Even though life situation didn't allow us to see each other much, when we spoke on the phone we would always pick up right where we left off and the conversations were filled with smiles and laughter. Claudetta never wanted the attention to be on her. She was always there with a listening ear. Her friendship was truly a blessing. My condolences to the Wall family. Rest in peace, my friend.🙏🏾🕊️ Felicia Scurry

I thought of Claudetta as my Wynfield Crossing bestie. We would talk everyday, go out to eat, even hit golf balls together. She was so lively and a great listener. I have missed her more than I ever thought possible. But I know she is free of pain and that makes me happy. Mr and Mrs Wall, you raised an exceptional woman. I know she loved you both dearly. I will hold you all close to my heart and her in my heart forever.

Clara and family, Words cannot really express how sorry I am to hear of your loss. I will always remember Claudetta as a delightful student and member of my cheerleader group. She was always smiling and willing to help in any way that she could. She was truly a model student. I did not have the priviledge of knowing Claudetta as an adult, but it sound like she continued her caring ways throughout her life. I know she was a blessing to you. I will keep you and your family in my prayers that you may be comforted as you grieve your loss. Wyline Davis
Claudetta was the example of a true friend and will be missed. Her kindness and generosity was like no other. She was always there with a ear to listen to the good the bad happy or sad she was always there to listen and offer anything she could to help out whether it be fresh veggies or something out of the freezer or a trip out for lunch. I have a lot of wonderful memories I will forever cherish. My thought and prayers go out to all of her family and friends. Wendy Pyrtle
I knew Claudetta through elementary and high school. She was always such a special friend. I remember that she had monogrammed sweaters in elementary school and I always loved those and wanted my own. I am sad that I lost touch with her. But it looks like she continued to be the wonderful person that I remember when we were younger. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. I am sending much love to everyone. Sincerely with much love, Heide Roland

Claudetta was a kind and conscientious neighbor and will be missed. Lauren Corbett
Claudetta, you were a friend to so many with your many kindnesses: sharing produce from both your parents' garden and the local Farmers' Market. You always had a listening ear any time I needed one, despite your many physical challenges. I'll always remember attending The Nutcracker performance last December with you and the privilege of repairing your family heirloom quilt. I'll miss our impromptu chats in your garage. Your faith was strong and I know that you are happy and pain free in heaven. Nancy Grush, Woodington Dr. neighbor and friend
Claudetta lived in our HOA community in Winston-Salem NC. She often had a fresh vegetable and fruit Farmers market in her garage at least once a month. Everyone in the neighborhood very much appreciated her generosity. On the HOA Board as a member her levelheaded contributions made a difference for many. You will be missed. Connie Bohrer
Claudetta was the best godmother anyone could ask for! From the time we went to the zoo, or the time me and my family would go up to her house and bring the dogs and have fun. She was always playful and loving. I will always remember her going out of her way to celebrate for my birthday at Tangle wood park. I will always love you Claudetta and will miss you always!
Jayden Sullivan
Claudette you were so humble kind and caring. You made it through school without missing a day of school. You succeed at everything you touch in school. I've thought of you often even though I haven't seen you in many years. The world is definitely missing a beautiful soul.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
