Mrs. Deborah Addison Flack, 59, of 824 Logan St. Shelby, NC passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at her residence. She was born on October 19, 1964 in Cleveland County, NC to the late James and Essie Lee Addison.
Deborah attended Burns High School and became a caregiver until her death. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family where she was the life of any party.
She was preceded in death by two brothers; Gary Addison and Donald “Duck” Addison; one sister, Carolyn Card: a grandson and a great granddaughter.
Left to cherish her precious memories are her husband, Calvin Flack of Shelby; two sons, Shaquille Lattimore and James Archie; two daughters, Shameka Archie and Calesha Flack; three sisters, Linda Addison (Roger), Sharon Johnson and Hope Dorsey; four brothers, James David Addison, Eric Addison (Sheba), Melvin Whitworth and James Manning; twenty-three grandchildren and five great grandchildren; a special friend, William Bradshaw of the home; a special niece, Tamica Addison; and a host of other nieces, nephews, and family members
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Shelby, NC at 3:30 PM. The family will be meeting at 3414 Fallston Rd. Shelby. In addition, the family will receive friends at the church from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM on Saturday.
I was 6 years old when I moved here from Detroit I had a long rat tail and she made me promise that when I cut it she could have it just last summer I went to visit an she still had I'm gonna miss her she's was special to me
