Mr. Elvin Williams Webber was born October 27, 1955 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Ernest and Lottie Mae Cannedy Webber. He transitioned peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2026 in Baltimore County, Maryland.

A memorial service to celebrate his life is planned on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at S. T. Enloe Memorial Chapel at 4:00 PM.
