To say that Cat was the life of our Lawndale community would be an understatement. My earliest memories are of her and my mother shooting the breeze about one thing or another. She was a strong woman, funny and witty, and just a joy to be around. She will be greatly missed by many people, myself included. My prayers and condolences go out to the entire Boyce/Shuford/Haynes/Reynolds family. - Acorea Sims
