Ms. Pamela Oneal Lockhart, 63 of Shelby, NC passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at Atrium Health-Main in Charlotte, NC. She was born on March 25, 1963 in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Sarah Louise Lockhart Douglas.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 11:00 AM.
