Obituary For Pierre Montoya Martin
Mr. Pierre Montoya Martin, 60, passed away on August 12, 2025, at Atrium Health-Mercy in Charlotte, NC. He was born on March 4, 1965 in Shelby, NC, to the late James Cherry and Janie Ruth Martin.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, with burial in Sunset Cemetery. The reception of friends and family will be from 11 until 11:30 a.m.
The family will be meeting at 104 Kingsview Avenue, Shelby, NC, on Monday, August 18 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.

He captured the lives of so many people and families through the lens of his camera. He my photographer for my wedding and when I tell you my pictures were so beautiful.
