Obituary For Rachel Williams Outlaw
Ms. Rachel Williams Outlaw (née Rachel Dell Williams) passed peacefully on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Onvida Health Yuma Medical Center in Yuma, Arizona. She was the daughter of the late Janie Bell Pryor and Charlie Warren Williams, Sr.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel in Shelby, NC at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place a First Baptist Church Lawndale in Lawndale, NC. The reception of family and friends will be from 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the chapel.

Mrs. Rachel Outlaw was a Great Friend who was like a replacement Mother to me after i lost my Mom in February of 2018. I valued her advice which i considered as gold. She comforted me in July of 2024 when my daughter at the age of eleven passed away. Mrs. Rachel Outlaw is a Royal Queen with her King James Outlaw may she rest in peace until the Lord Jesus Christ come to wake her from her sleep. Amen
