I am so sorry to hear about Ms Ruby. I worked with her for many years at CMH then it changed to CRMC. She was such a sweet lady and was kind to everyone she met. Sending prayers to her family during this difficult time π
To the Surratt/Abraham Families: To know Ma'Ruby was to love her. I remember her from my early childhood through my late father, but my fondest memories of her was during my teens into adulthood. She welcomed me into her home via my friendship with Sharon and treated me like family. Every time she saw me, she would give me the biggest hug and say, "there my boy!" She will be sorely missed on this side, but I know she is resting safe within the fold, reunited with Mr. Rob and the rest of her family. Patty, Stoney, Dee, Daniel, and Sharon: my prayers and condolences are with you all, even now. Thank you most graciously for sharing your mother with me. - Acorea Darren Sims

She always wanted to know how I had been doing and she would ask about my children and grandchildren. To The Surratt Family I am sad about Mrs Ruby everybody loved her but most of all God loved her mostly so take your wings and rest and if we want to see her again we better get our house in order Steven L.Degree
