Mr. Wilbur “Bill” Russell, 65, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026 at his residence in Shelby, NC. He was born on July 28, 1960 in Cleveland County, NC to the late James J'Neil Russell and the late Betty Odoms Russell. T
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 3:30 PM at Catalyst Fire Church. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the church and at other times at 1318 New House Road, Shelby.
