Arthur Wayne Foster 65, passed away on September 24, 2024 at home in West Park, Florida. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and the community. Wayne had a great heart and would help anyone that needed help. Big or small tasks he was always ready to jump in and be part of the team. West Park will really miss him.
