A faithful Usher!

Sister Bernice Lewis was a former member of the Bethel Baptist Church of White Plains, NY before moving to Dania Beach (Hollywood), FL and Served as a member of the Senior Ushers Ministry.

She was an member of the United Ushers Benevolent League of NYS and Vicinity, Inc. and served as the chairperson of the Trustee Board, Supervisor of the Junior Ushers Department and a member of the Board of Directors and Women's Welfare Department. She was a member of the Westchester Ushers Assembly and served as Supervisor of the form Westchester Ushers assembly Junior ushers department and a member of the United Ushers Assocation of New Rochelle.

RIP our fellow Usher!

I'm still numb, I still can't believe that God has called home our Former Supervisor and Mother of the U.U.B.L. (United Ushers Benevolent League) Westchester & New York City Junior Divisions - Sis. Bernice Lewis. She's gained her wings in Heaven!

Sis. Bernice Lewis was a long time member of Bethel Baptist Church, White Plains, NY until she moved to Florida to take care of her Mom. Ms. Lewis will be sorely missed! She TOUCHED so many lives. l will be forever grateful for her encouragement, her guidance, her unconditional love! I will miss our talks! I will miss hearing you call me Joanie!
