Our thoughts and prayers goes out to the family.
I lived with Don. The kindest ,caring , sweet soul.smart. soft spoken man I've met in my 61 yrs. Would give you the shirt off his back. I miss him dearly. The world would be so much better with him in it. He passed away too young. RIP Don.
Don was an excellent inspector devoted to his trade. We had several conversations over his tenure in MIA QC. His stories of life and family were both entertaining as well as revealing. He enjoyed his family and spoke lovingly of them. Don was duty bound and represented what most do not display in today's world. We cannot replace him but can hope to take his example.
Don was a dear friend and co-worker. He taught me everything I know about Engine Borescopes, and about RII procedures at AA....for that, I will be grateful the rest of my life. I deeply miss him. He was not only my coworker and partner in aircraft inspections, but he was my friend. He was the only person I could go and ask anything, and he would always respond with an smile to every one of my questions. He was welcoming, humble, unselfish and kind I feel a little lost without him... I miss him so much....
My condolences to the Glott family, Don always help out new AMTs like me and even went out of his way to help, God bless you and your family.

I remember Glott was a young early 20s inspector with TWA in ST.Louis. Then through the years it was a pleasure to work with Don again at American in Miami. Always the most knowledgeable inspector that would go out of his way to help anyone. Best and nicest person. Heaven gained a great soul. My deepest condolences to the family.
