Mr. Oswald Francis passed away on January 18, 2026 in Miami, Florida. Mr. Francis served our country in the United States Army. He was an employer for the Miami Dade Transportation for many years. Mr. Francis will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Final Resting Place: South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida.
