HE WAS BORN ON JULY 20, 1946 IN WAKE COUNTY, NC TO THE LATE LUTHER A. WATKINS, SR. AND HAZEL YARBOROUGH WATKINS.
THE FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY DIRECTED ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, AT 3PM AT FRIENDSHIP CHAPEL BAPTIST CHURCH IN WAKE FOREST, NC. THE BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN THE WAKE FOREST CEMETERY IN WAKE FOREST, NC.
