SHE WAS BORN IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, NC ON JUNE 5, 1946 TO THE LATE JAMES VINES AND SALLIE MAE LUCAS.

THE FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY DIRECTED ON SUNDAY, APRIL 26, AT 2:30PM AT RILEY HILL BAPTIST CHURCH IN WENDELL, NC. THE BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN THE CHURCH CEMETERY. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS ON SUNDAY, APRIL 26, FROM 2PM - 2:30PM AT THE CHURCH..
