MR. HERBERT H. RODRIGUEZ, son of Eliseo A. Rogriguez and Anastacia Laurie Rodriguez, was born December 16, 1934 in Belize, formerly British Honduras and departed this life December 19, 2024 at his residence in Palmer Springs, VA.
Herbert attended 7th Day Adventist College in Costa Rica. Subsequently, he migrated to New York where he attended Technology College and obtained a degree. He was employed for Zerox Corp company in New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and St. Thomas Virgin Island. After working for Zerox he retired in 1997. Shortly thereafter, he built his 4-story retirement home in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Herbert loved working on his antique cars and motorcycle as well as driving them all over the world with his wife, Georgia. He traveled all over the world (Panama, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Paris, Italy, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, England, Africa, El Salvador, and other countries). On many occasions, he also travelled cross-country with his wife, Georgia on his motorcycle. Both Herbert and Georgia were photographers and both worked very well together!
He was an avid “Ham” (Ham Radio Operator) enthusiast from his early 20’s! He communicated with Hamsters and friends all over the world. He also LOVED—dancing, traveling, driving, music, and biking.
Herbert leaves to mourn his wife, Georgia Williams-Rodriguez of the home; his children- Evelyn, Lili, Ana, Ruth, Herbert, Jr., and step-daughter, Lisa; 21 grandchildren; 5 sisters-in-law, Dorothy Powell, Bettie Jones, Elizabeth Pittman, Sarah Jones, and Gloria Jones; 4 brothers-in-law, Charlie, Joel, Ernest (Priscilla) and David Jones.
Herbert was a happy-go-lucky person who had lots of friends worldwide. He was always the life of the party and he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Uncle Herbert was an amazing person who'll be greatly missed by all he came on contact with. His stories were always filled with adventures. He lived a full life. My condolences to Aunt Georgia, his children, grandchildren & great grands. Love you uncle Herb 🥰..
