Beloved NICOLE SYMONE WILKERSON, suddenly passed away on February 28, 2024 at her residence in Boydton, VA. She was born on January 27, 1991; the second child of two siblings born to Darlean Jiggetts Wilkerson and the late Calvin Wilkerson. She was also preceded in death by her grandfathers- Marcellus Wilkerson and John W. “Buck” Jiggetts, and uncle- Reggie Wilkerson.
At an early age Nicole was baptized and joined Roanoke Chapel United Church of Christ, Palmer Springs, VA where she sung in the Youth Choir.
Nicole was a graduate of Park View Senior High School, South Hill, VA. She later became employed with Intensive Residential Support Specialist at Hope House, LaCrosse, VA until her demise. In her spare time, she enjoyed cookouts, fishing, animals and most of all she loved her family and friends.
Nicole leaves to cherish her memory: her mother- Darlean Jiggetts Wilkerson and sister- Daronda N. Wilkerson, both of Boydton, VA; grandmothers- Pearlean Brown Jiggetts of Boydton, VA and Theresa Marrow Wilkerson of Stovall, NC, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, “Papa Strat,” other relatives and friends.
