Ms. Jo Ann Kendrix Starling, age 76, of Rome transitioned May 25, 2024. The Celebration of Life for Ms. Starling will be Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 1 pm at Greater Mount Calvary Baptist Church (445 E 14th St SW, Rome, GA 30161). The body will lie in state from 12 noon until the funeral hour. interment will follow the Celebration at Eastview Cemetery (Rome).
