One funny memory I'll always cherish is when you came to Baton Rouge shortly after I had moved back from Georgia. I really didn't want to move back home, and I was still feeling down about it. But you told me to take you out on the town, so I took you to a one of my favorite little hole-in-the-wall spot and then to the daiquiri shop. That night was one for the books. Watching you dance, sing, and enjoy those margaritas had me laughing all night. Your energy was contagious, and for a little while, you helped me forget all about my frustrations. When I heard you had passed away, I went back and watched the videos from that night with tears in my eyes. It had been a while since I had last seen you, and I never imagined those videos would become such precious memories. I'm grateful for that night, and for the laughter we shared. I'll always remember your smile, your spirit, and the way you knew how to make people have a good time. Sleep pretty Tee..... Love Robyn B,
My condolences and prayers to Alana's family. You all are in my prayers.
My Queen, when your picture popped up AND THAT AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL SMILE appeared, my heart nearly stopped for seconds!!!! Just thennnn...reality became!!! Although I was told, and constantly heard of your passing Sis, my genuine love of that crazy laughter, talk, and that walk Lana, I just couldn't visualize your one-of-a-kind character "not being a part of this world" anymore....BUT I KNOW, when The Heaven accepted you, "What an entrance you made;)))) And as I look into those beautiful "dancing eyes", I thank The Lord for all the times we did "dance" together in life....IYKYK "Fly High Beautiful Angel"**** Pudgy
