CROWLEY - Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2024 at Agape New Vision Ministries Church, 925 N. Western Ave., Crowley, LA for Mr. Carlton Francis, 47, who entered eternal rest on Friday, May 16, 2025 at his residence in Crowley, LA. Interment will be in West Crowley Cemetery in Crowley, LA.

Bishop Joseph Damon, Pastor of Agape New Vision Ministries Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Francis’ memories are being cherished by: his daughter, Karlee Marie’ Abshire; six brothers, Ronald Woods of Lafayette, LA, Fredrick (Zelma) Nico of Port Arthur, TX, Lawrence Bernard, Jr. of (Crowley, LA, Wilbert (Rashanda) Guidry of Port Arthur, TX, Taron (Michelle) Guidry of Arkansas and Ty’von (Mattie) Guidry of Jennings, LA; six sisters, Alvinette Moore, Carlos Francis and Paulette Francis, all of Houston, TX, Youlanda Eden (Reginald) of Lafayette, LA, Ashley Guidry (Byron) of Gueydan, LA and Shonda Savoy of Crowley, LA; Bonus mothers, Thelma Bernard of Crowley, LA and Cassandra Guidry of Jennings, LA; and A host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Rose Marie Woods and Lawrence Bernard, Sr . (Zut), his stepfather, Carlton Guidry, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Rose Mary Woods and Arthur Woods, Sr. and his paternal grandparents Alex and Magnolia Bernard.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Agape New Vision Ministries Church.
