MELVILLE - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Antioch Baptist Church, 642 Payton St., Melville, LA for Mr. Charles W. Williams, 83, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at his residence in Zachary, LA. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lebeau, LA. Rev. Paul Zachary will be officiating the funeral services. Mr. Williams memories are being cherished by: his five sons, James Allen (Nell), Marks Allen (Deb), Kenneth Goudeau and Jeffery Rose (Denise), all of Melville, LA and Maurice Allen of Baker, LA; six daughters, Yolandra Allen (Dennis) of Melville, LA, Juliette Williams (Ralph) of Zachary, LA, Janelle Smith (Charles) of Baton Rouge, LA, Monika Dodd (Lee) of Monee, IL, Janell Williams of Matteson, IL and Juna Williams of Park Forest, IL; two brothers, Henry Williams of Kosciusko, MS and James Williams (Mary Ann) of Oxford, MS; four sisters, Doris Olive of Chicago, IL, Emma Jean Thorton and Nancy Irvin, both of Kosciusko, MS and Katie Smith of Memphis, TN; and a host of grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by: his parents, Manuel and Ruth Williams; one son, Johnthan Rose; two daughters, Naomi Goudeau and Marie Rose; three brothers, Claude Wiliams, Manuel Williams, Jr. and Obbie Williams; three sisters, Christine Williams, Hattie Williams and Elnora Zeasey; granddaughter, Naomi Prince; grandsons, De’Antorian Vaughn-Allen, Marcus Goudeau, Maurrice Goudeau and Jarvis Carey; and great granddaughter, Darineisha Vaughn-Chenevert.
