CROWLEY – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley, LA for Mrs. Clara Williams, affectionately known by her family and friends as “Mother”, 85, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at The Ellington Nursing Home in Rayne, LA.

Rev. Mark Odoguje will be officiating the funeral service.

Mrs. Williams’ memories are being cherished by her two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Hamilton of Dallas, TX and Marjorie Bashay (Richard) of Columbia, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, Samuel Williams; her parents, David Johnson and Flossie Green Johnson; one brother, Joseph Johnson; and one sister, Donna Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley, LA.
