Obituary For Darrel Victoria, Sr.
CROWLEY β Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Israelite Baptist Church in Crowley, LA for Mr. Darrel Victoria, 75, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be in Iota Cemetery.
Pastor Ivan J. Lewis will officiate the funeral service.
Mr. Victoria was a member of the following organizations: C.F. Ladd Masonic Lodge #48, Derouen Hall β Holy Royal Arch Masons #81, AL Kadr Temple #153 β Lake Charles, LA, Excelsior #84, O.E.S., American Legion Miller Post #506 and Past Board Member for Acadia Council on Aging.
Mr. Victoriaβs memories are being cherished by: one son, Darrel Victoria, Jr. of Houston, TX; one daughter, Danielle Damon of Lafayette, LA; three sisters, Margaret Victoria of Houston, TX, Dr. Debira Broussard of Crowley, LA, Jeanette Shepherd of Killeen, TX; four grandchildren, Gerald Damon, Jr., Quincy Damon, LaDarius Allen and Kaylin Victoria; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Pete and Beulah Adams Victoria, Sr.; six brothers, Pete, Jr., Reubin, Paul Allen, Michael, Wesley and Miguel Vicctoria; three sisters, Ida and Myrtle Victoria and Rosamary Woods; maternal grandparents, Paul Adams and Selena Poullard; and paternal grandparents, Don-Louis Victoria and Rose Pickett.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Israelite Baptist Church in Crowley, LA. Visitation will resume on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Israelite Baptist Church in Crowley, LA.

Vic as we call him was truly a mentor in my life as well as. In my masonic growth. He and co hearts who all inspired me would rattle off the burial ritual like no other. I was so sorry to hear of Vic's transition. He has been so kind to me and my family over the years, even after the passing of my mom, Maggie Clemons. We are so sorry for your family's loss. I will continue to pray prayers of peace and comfort for the Victoria family. Vic was a true kind and faithful servant of God.
