Obituary For Derrick Ceasar, Jr.

CROWLEY - Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Holy Temple Church of Deliverance, 824 W, 14th St., Crowley, LA for Mr. Derrick Dwayne Ceasar, Jr., 20, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Acadia-St. Landry Hospital in Church Point, LA. Interment will be in West Crowley Cemetery in Crowley, LA.

Bishop Brian Minix will be officiating the funeral service.

Derrick leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Derrick Dwayne Ceasar, Sr. and his mother, Shanquilla Chapman, both of Crowley, LA; one son, Tra’Ceyon Ceasar of Crowley, LA; maternal grandmother, Paula Chapman of Crowley, LA; maternal great grandmother, Joyce Chapman and maternal great grandfather, Louis Chapman, both of Ctowley, LA; five brothers; two sisters; two uncles, Dave (DJ) Johnson of Crowley, LA and Keith Chatman of Shreveport, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal great grandfather, James Lewis, Sr. and maternal great great grandmother, Ethel Fuselier.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Holy Temple Church of Deliverance.
