Obituary For EDWARD SOLOMON

CROWLEY - Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at South Crowley Cemetery in Crowley, LA for Mr. Edward Solomon, 85, who entered eternal rest on Friday, December 4, 2020 at his residence in Crowley, LA. Interment will be in immediately follow.

Father Godwin Amoru, Pastor of St. Theresa Catholic Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Solomon leaves to cherish his memories: one son, John Edward Solomon of Crowley, LA; five daughters, Linda Thomas of Broussard, LA, Hilda Boudreaux, Sandra Solomon, Elnora Southern and Rebecca Solomon, all of Crowley, LA; two brothers, Joseph Solomon of Houston, TX and Daniel Solomon of Abbeville, LA; one sister, Nancy Ann Davis of Houston, TX; sixteen grandchildren; forty-four great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his wife, Elda Solomon; his parents, Albert and Nancy Vallier Solomon, Sr.; and two sons, Robert Joseph Solomon and Francis James Solomon.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
