Obituary For Eric D. Celestine, Sr.
WASHINGTON - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 414 E. St. Mitchell St., Washington, LA for Mr. Eric Darnell Celestine, Sr., 38, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 5, 2020 in Opelousas, LA. Interment will be in Garden of Memory Cemetery in Opelousas, LA. Father Matthew Higginbotham will be officiating the funeral mass. Mr. Celestine’s memories are being cherished by: his three sons, Xzerron Darnell Patterson of Beaumont, TX, Aeden Francis Edmond of Columbus, GA and Eric Darnell Celestine, Jr. of Baytown, TX; one brother, Michael Washington of Lake Charles, LA; and a host of relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by: his parents, Lionel and Lorita Celestine; paternal grandparents, Layton and Lovenia Celestine; and maternal grandparents, Joseph and Laura Tezeno. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home. Words of condolences may be expressed at fordandjosephfh.com.
