Obituary For Gilbert Moore
BRANCH β Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Good Shepherd Church in Branch, LA for Mr. Gilbert Moore, 62, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 26, 2025 in Branch, LA. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Pastor Larry Saine of Faith Healing Temple in Carencro, LA will be officiating the funeral service.
Mr. Mooreβs memories are being cherished by: his mother, Pastor Lucille Moore of Church Point, LA; his beloved children he loved dearly; one brother, Percy Moore of Church Point, LA; three sisters, Pastor Mary Pitre of Church Point, LA, Pastor Peggy Rogers (Sherman) of Branch, LA and Roxanne Arceneaux (Henry) of Rayne, LA; his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by: his father, George Moore; one son, Cody Gabriel; one brother, James Moore; one brother-in-law, Henry Pitre; paternal grandparents, Elton and Lorena Lewis Moore; maternal grandparents, Gilbert and Delia Hebert Guidry; Godfather, William Guidry; and Godmother, Mary Dora Guidry.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Good Shepherd Church.
