CROWLEY - Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at First Church of God In Christ in Crowley, LA for Mr. Jacoby Solomon-Yokum, 29, who entered eternal rest on Thursday, February 17, 2022 in Crowley, LA. Interment will be in West Crowley Cemetery in Crowley, LA.

Bishop Alton Gatlin, Pastor of First C.O.G.I.C., will be officiating the funeral service.

Jacoby leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Jerry Yokum and his mother, Linnetta Faye Solomon, both of Crowley, LA; maternal grandmother, Alrena M. Solomon of Crowley, LA; three brothers, Ronreaco Solomon of Crowley, LA, Marceil Solomon-Yokum (Shawda) of Egan, LA and Jerry Forest of Newport, VA; one sister, Clorissa Henry of Houston, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his maternal grandfather, Alton Granger; paternal grandparents, Wesley and Brenda Yokum, Sr.; one niece, Selena Solomon-Yokum; five uncles, Calvin Solomon, Darrel Harmon, Ellis Harmon, Jr., Junius Harmon, Chris Granger and Clarence Daniel, Sr.; and one aunt, Roxanne Granger.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at First Church of God In Christ.
