Obituary For Joseph L. Robinson

RAYNE – A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at First Stone Ministry in Rayne, LA for Mr. Joseph L. Robinson, affectionately known by his family and friends as “Shabba”, 43, who entered eternal rest on August 24, 2022 at Lafayette General Hospital in Lafayette, LA.

Mr. Robinson’s memories are being cherished by: his grandmother, Rose Guillory of Eunice, LA; a host of kids; two brothers, Calvin (Treena) Robinson and TJ Robinson, both of Church Point, LA; four sisters, Verga Robinson, Zub Dupont (Dalton) and Markisha Robinson, all of Crowley, LA and Ebony Brown (Rashad) of Houston, TX; his fiancée, Jasmine Harmon of Church Point, LA; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his parents, Joseph Chachere and Murlee Rochon; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mary Chachere; maternal grandfather, Jessie Guillory; paternal aunt, Mary Chachere; maternal uncles, Lonnie and Harold Robinson; and one nephew, Edden Peterson.
