OPELOUSAS – Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA for Ms. Kiare Vallian, 30, who entered eternal rest on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Ochsner Lafayette General Hospital in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be in Garden of Memory Cemetery in Opelousas, LA.
Rev. Leo Franklin will be officiating the funeral service.
Kiare leaves to cherish her memories: her parents, Carl (Wansetta) Celestine, Sr. and Holly Vallian (Jeremiah Ashley), all of Opelousas, LA; one son, Kaiden Vallian of Opelousas, LA; paternal grandmother, Mary Celestine of Opelousas, LA; maternal grandfather, Samuel Vallian, Sr. of Opelousas, LA; her fiancé, Johntrayvion Joseph of Opelousas, LA; six brothers, Tyrin Vallian, N’Kenge Vallian, Carl Celestine, Jr., Ty Oakley, La’Sarrius Broussard, Markel Shine and Kesmond Smith; seven sisters, Lyric Francis, LaCarlneshia Smith, Shawnquisa Dupree, Khaila Powell, Carldashion Aggison, Georgia Celestine and Kiya James; three bonus brothers, Ja’Kavion, Jyran and Jonus Ashley; her special aunt, Stacey Freeman (Michael) of Opelousas, LA; three favorite cousins, Samantha Richard, Shantashia Isaac and Kwame Vallian; two great friends, Carmen Washington and Markeeta Jackson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Kiare is preceded in death by: her paternal grandfather, Carl Ray Angus; maternal grandmother, Wanda Faye Greene; uncle, Patrick Vallian; and uncles and aunts.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
