GRAND COTEAU - Graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2020 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Cemetery in Grand Coteau, LA for Mr. Leroy J. Richard a/k/a “Zeff”, 54, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at his residence in Grand Coteau, LA. A viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Interment will immediately follow.

Mr. Richard leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Elise J. Ward of Grand Coteau, LA; one son, Holden Lewis of Lafayette, LA; one daughter, Chestina Lewis of Lafayette, LA; three brothers, John Ward, Jerome Ward and Kenneth Ward, all of Grand Coteau, LA; one sister, Tessie Ward of Grand Coteau, LA; four grandchildren, McKenzie Lewis, Sadera Joseph, Saige Lewis and A’Nala Lewis; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his father, Calvin Richard; his grandparents, Mary Ward and Felix Ward; and an uncle, Farris Ward.
