Obituary For Mary Winbush

CROWLEY – Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at First Church of God In Christ in Crowley, LA for Ms. Mary Winbush, 75, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in Waxahachie, TX. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Crowley, LA.

Minister Nathaniel Savoy will be officiating the funeral service.

Ms. Winbush’s memories are being cherished by: her two sons, Clifford (Tamika) Winbush, III of Seattle, WA and Gregory (Jaquil) Winbush of Houston, TX; four daughters, Saperina Winbush Sparks (Danny) of Red Oak, TX, Olivia Winbush Damon (Gerald) of Humble, TX, Tania Winbush (Darrell) and Tonja Winbush, both of Houston, TX; two brothers, Leroy Dugar and James (Jackie) Montgomery, both of Crowley, LA; sixteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Ms. Winbush is preceded in death by: her parents, Joseph Dugar and Edna Montgomery; paternal grandparents, Felix and Mary Dugar; maternal grandparents, Sidney Montgomery and Eva Barkay Montgomery; and two brothers, Harvey Montgomery and Sidney Montgomery.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at First Church of God In Christ.
