OPELOUSAS – Mrs. Nora Richard, 73, entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at The Carpenter’s House in Lafayette, LA.
Mrs. Richard’s memories are being cherished by: her two sons, Kenneth (Tonya) Bob and John Bob, Jr.; two brothers, Herman (Laura) Castille, Jr., Rafus Sonnier and Ricky Sonnier; five sisters, Mary Castille, Theresa Rosette, Charlotte Lewis (Carlton), Barbara Guilbeau (Nathan) and Patty Rideau; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; a special niece who helped take of her, Nicole Stevenson (David; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by: her husband, Clarence Richard; her parents, Herman Castille, Sr. and Shirley Boxie; one sister, Judy Castille.
