OPELOUSAS – Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home, located at 907 N. Market, Opelousas, LA for Mr. Otis Weston, 58, who entered eternal rest on Friday, March 13, 2026, at his residence in Washington, LA.

Rev. Joseph Jones, pastor of Emma Zion Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Weston’s memories are being cherished by: one brother, L. G. Weston, Jr. of Opelousas, LA; eight sisters, Maragret Weston, Dorothy Williams, Rita Weston, Doris Bruno (Sterling), Dora Jefferson (Robert Lee) and Clara Weston, all of Opelousas, LA, Betty Frilot and Dorcey Freeman (Randolph), both of Ville Platte, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, L. G. and Rose Ella Thierry Weston.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
