CROWLEY – Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Crowley, LA for Mr. Raymond P. Thomas, 65, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 in Crowley, LA. Interment will be held on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Jennings, LA.

Mr. Thomas’ memories are being cherished by: his son, Al Thomas; four brothers, James Patrick Thomas and Donald Ray Thomas, both of Dallas, TX, Henry Joseph Thomas of Beaumont, TX and Kermit Keith Pickens of Hammond, LA; six sisters, Burnella Savoy and Rose Marie Clement, both of Crowley, LA, Gloria Mae Omar of Houston, TX, Camelia Bias, Linda Lewis and Vernita Lynn Doucet, all of Ville Platte, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Awaiting Mr. Thomas’ arrival, he will be greeted by: his parents, June Barker and Gloria Lee Thomas; Clarence Thomas, Sr. who raised him; two brothers, Clarence Thomas, Jr. and David Lee Thomas; and one sister, Mary Beverly.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Crowley, LA.
