OPELOUSAS – A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Ford and Joseph Funeral home in Opelousas, LA for Ms. Tefina M. Richard, 53, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Ms. Richard’s memories are being cherished by: her two daughters, A’liyah Harris and A’lissia Richard, both of Opelousas, LA; bonus children, Rivasha and Ranvill Richard, both of Opelousas, LA; her mother, Gertrude Richard of Opelousas, LA; seven Godchildren, Antonio Richard, Rakeisha Richard, Dajarnae Thomas, Kevon Brooks, Thai and Khai Richard, all of Opelousas, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends whom she loves.

Ms. Richard was joyfully greeted in heaven by: her beautiful children Kevinesha, Kevin and Hope Harris; her father, Harold Richard, Sr.; brother, Harold Richard, Jr.; two sisters, Rhodia Richard and Elizabeth Richard; and a niece, Raina Richard.
