Obituary For Willie Mae Noel

OPELOUSAS - Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA for Ms. Willie Mae “Sis” Noel, 72, who entered eternal rest on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Opelousas General Health System. Interment will be in Garden of Memory Cemetery in Opelousas, LA.

Rev. Calvin Moore, Pastor of Little Zion Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Ms. Noel leaves to cherish her memories: her lifelong companion, Goldman Espree of Opelousas, LA; three brothers, Elton Noel and Willie Noel, both of Opelousas, LA and Gilbert Noel of Texas; one sister, Rose Noel of Opelousas, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Josephine Noel and four brothers, Jeff Noel, James Allen Noel, Leroy Noel and Preston Joseph Noel.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
